Built to suit the needs of inshore saltwater anglers, the Daiwa 2024 Coastal SV TW 150 Baitcasting Reels are well equipped to handle the rigors of unrelenting saltwater environments. These reels are tailor made for anglers targeting species like speckled trout and redfish along the Gulf Coast, where popping cork setups and small plastics are common. With its durable and high performing characteristics, the reel may be used on any coast for a wide range of inshore saltwater applications. The reel is compact and manageable while still holding ample amounts of line thanks to its 100 sized reel body with a deeper 150 size spool.

Equipped with Diawa's SV spool for optimal casting of lighter baits, anglers can achieve long casts to cover great distances. Making its way into this newest generation of Tatula SV is Daiwa's Hyper Drive Design concept. Hyper Drive Design takes a four-pronged approach that includes redesigned gearing for a smoother and more efficient transfer of power, along with enhanced support features to resist torque and preserve internal alignment. Compared to conventional nylon and aluminum, the revolutionary Zaion Star Drag's "high density" carbon strain material is 20% stronger and 50% lighter. A 100mm curved handle is designed to make difficult cranking feel more comfortable and effortless.
