Masayume: A Dream Comes True

Masayume in Japanese means “true dream”—a dream that later comes true. This is the story of Carolyn Winkler’s tea house and how it began. It started with a simple dream. Two years later it became a driftwood hut designed for people to leave the cares of the world behind and enjoy Chado (The Way of Tea). To make her dream a reality, Carolyn first meets a Canadian wood artist from Valle de Bravo, Mexico, but this is only the first step on her journey.
